Please read this document fully and carefully, as by accessing or using this website and use of its services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to everything in this document, do not use this service.
These terms and conditions are intended solely to govern the use of the Cue Entertainment & Associates® websites. You must be 18 to use this site and the services described in and delivered throughout this site. If you are using this site on behalf of any third party or other entity you warrant that you are able to accept these terms on that parties or entities behalf and take full responsibility for listings. The user will be the named artist listed during the duration of terms. Its acknowledged that this agreement is classified under Cue Entertainments "If you don't get paid , we don't get paid" Clause.
*All services are to be a non-exclusive distribution deal. Deals begin on the 3rd day after the terms are received. . Please allow 3-4 weeks for music to show on major online store, all products take a min week to process. Notifications will be sent as products are finished.
**Royalties – Payout of 90% of sold product are paid out with in 7-10 days at the end of every 91-days (1 Quarter) and include a Quarterly report of sales. We have four quarters a year. The quarters are at a 3-month length (13-Weeks). There are no minimum payouts stipulations; if it sells you’ll get your payout at the end of that quarter.
- It is agreed for the services rendered the Artist agrees to give 10% of the royalties for each product sold upon completion of the sale. We list your music for sale on this and sister sites so that you may direct your fans.
2. Works do not need to be published or copyrighted to use this service. It is however in the best interest of the artist to protect the works to insure proper ownership of said works.
3. Royalty payouts will be made to the artist and it is the artists’ responsibility to make the proper share payouts.
Ownership
This site is owned by Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records). All materials contained in and displayed as part of this site, including but not limited to text, graphic, audio, and data content are owned by Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records), its licensors, content providers, partners and clients.
Use of the site
This site is designed for use by content providers and clients of Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) to upload and license music and other materials. You may not use the site for any purpose unrelated to, or detrimental to this intent. Company and Artist agree to perform their obligations under this Agreement, in all respects, in good faith. Users of this site are specifically prohibited from:
(i) Downloading, storing, copying, or hosting any section or part of the site unless such is specifically permitted by a written agreement with Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records).
(ii) Collecting data or information from the site using bots, data miners or other automated data gathering methods.
(iii) Display the site or any part thereof out of its original context or in other websites other than for the purposes of legitimate review
(iv) Using or subscribing to the site with false or inaccurate registration information, accessing any parties account without the express permission of that party.
(v) Using the site in any manner intended to disadvantage or harm Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) or any of its contributors, licensors, partners or clients, and using the site for anything other than legitimate and benign purposes
Copyright and Copyright Violations
- For all materials to which copyright can obtain , such rights are the property of Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) or its contributors unless otherwise stated. Any violation of copyright by site users will result in the immediate suspension and/or termination of account, services and/or agreements. We will prosecute any such breach to the fullest extent of the law.
- By signing this document, you the artist, are stating that you have rights to sell, distribute and duplicate works given and will not and do not hold Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) accountable for any legal actions for your misrepresentations. It is also agreed that you are holding any accountability or fault to Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) if proper royalty payouts are not distributed.
Copyright Infringement
- We at anytime can request a copy of “proof of ownership/Copyright Certifications or certificates” at anytime. If such document cannot be furnished, cancellation of profile and its services might occur which will cause loss or payouts. If any of the material contained in or displayed by the website appears to be in violation of copyright owned by you or the party that you represent please inform us of such apparent infringement at the earliest possible opportunity using this email link to contact us.
- You further represent and warrant: (a) That, in connection with the recording of the Master, all costs of recording, musicians fees, and royalties to any artists, arrangers, and copyists, if any, have been paid in full by you; that you will be solely responsible for all above stated royalties and will indemnify us and hold us harmless against any losses, damages, costs or claims of any parties resulting from the services of the artists and musicians whose performances are embodied on said Master recordings. (b) That there are no liens, encumbrances and/or obligations upon or in connection with the Master or with the performance not specifically set forth herein. (c) Ownership of recordings is owned by performers on the recording and at no point does ownership transfer during this agreement, unless proper payment is produced. It’s agreed that company will give no advancements to the artist or management for said recording for distribution.
Intellectual Property
The logos, concepts, look, feel and function of this website are the intellectual property of Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) and any duplication or plagiarism thereof will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under US law.
External Links and 3rd Party Material
While Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) may from time to time provide links to 3rd party sites, it is not responsible for the content of third party websites, nor for the consequences of any use of such sites by Cue Entertainment & Associates® (dba Bassted Records) users.

Account Data and Security
